This privacy statement explains what personal data we collect from you, including information collected on vicadesign.com and any other websites this statement is linked to (the “Site”), and how we use that data. Personal data we collect

Vica LLC collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experience. Most of the information we collect is information provided directly by you.   • Internet Protocol (IP) addresses – this number is identified and logged automatically whenever you visit the Site, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited
  • Browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use the Site and other technical information. We primarily use this information and similar data to maintain the security and operation of the Site, for our own internal analytics, and for marketing and reporting purposes.
  • Demographic information.

We do not knowingly collect or process data from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) years old. If we discover that we have collected or received data from anyone under 13 without verification of parental consent, such information will be deleted.   • Order Fulfillment. Fulfillment of any purchases you make with us through the Site.

How to access and manage your personal data

We use information collected about you for the following purposes:

Further, certain countries may grant you specific rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of, or transfer your personal data. To make a specific request, please contact info@vicadesign.com. You must be able to provide your name and email address or other information sufficient information to allow us to identify you. Once identified, we will respond to your request as appropriate. We will follow internal procedures when these requests are made to protect the integrity of the data we hold. 

Email marketing

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list.

do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. Accordingly, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted in the future that we must follow, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy statement. California Consumer Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light Law”) permits California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information, if any, we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have used the Site, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Site.
