A reasoned idea makes a beautiful table. This design series conceives of the table top and base as two essential elements of an adaptable system. In this case, the table surface is oval, and is sized to fit a range of uses such as dining and display, entertaining or conferencing. It can be specified in back-painted glass, stone or walnut. The supporting frame is built by hand from one-inch square metal, hand-finished. Recessed from the edge, it enhances the table top’s visual lightness. The Savile Oval Table pairs with other Vica products like the Dodi Chair and Ludovica Cabinet. Made to-order, it can be specified in stainless or blackened steel, dark or matte brass, or brass with patina.
